Lab Class Semiconductor Technologies
During the winter semester, the Institute for Electronic Materials and Devices offers the Semiconductor Technology laboratory course, allowing students to create and electrically characterize their own semiconductor devices. Furthermore, we are open to accommodating custom small or bigger projects upon request.
